4×4 Desert Off-Road Bus
The Chengdu Siji A4X Desert Off-road Bus is a Euro 5 emission vehicle with a non-load-bearing body, designed for off-road scenarios. It is equipped with a front-mounted ISD270 50 engine, matched with a Fast gearbox and a quick-ratio transfer case. Featuring 4×4 drive, Hode axles, a central inflation-deflation system, and longitudinal leaf spring suspension, it has a top speed of 100km/h and a curb weight of 8500kg, balancing off-road capability and load capacity.
The interior has 31 adjustable passenger seats, bilateral luggage racks, standard roof-mounted air conditioning and a temperature-display electronic clock, plus USB charging ports and reverse assist. The body adopts fully enclosed side windows, pneumatic outward-swinging doors, electric rearview mirrors and an emergency door, paired with safety configurations like WABCO ABS. It meets the needs of complex terrains like deserts while ensuring riding comfort and operational safety.
